Greg
Sandbulte - President
and Chief Executive Officer - Greg Sandbulte became
President and CEO of EmpowerMX in 2005. However, he
joined the EmpowerMX team at the time of its inception
in 1999 when he led the founding round of financing
and became a member of the Board of Directors, a position
he has held since that time. Prior to joining EmpowerMX,
Sandbulte was President and CEO of Northeast Ventures,
a regionally focused venture capital firm, where he
was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s
operations, governance, and strategic direction. He
also has been an active board member in many other growth
companies. |

David
T. Steininger - Chief
Financial Officer - David Steininger, who joined
EmpowerMX in 2001, is accountable for financial stewardship
at EmpowerMX. Mr. Steininger previously held several
financial positions in three different business units
of General Electric Company, including its jet engine
division. In these positions, he developed experience
in all areas of financial planning, analysis and management.
Most recently, Mr. Steininger was a partner at a private
equity firm where he had broad responsibilities for
acquisitions, due diligence, strategic planning and
ongoing overview of portfolio companies. |

| Dinakara
Nagalla - Chief Technology
Officer - Dinakara Nagalla joined EmpowerMX in
2004 following a successful 12 year career in information
technology management in the transportation industry.
Nagalla has most recently served as an independent consultant
to a variety of airline industry entities including
American Airlines and other major airlines in the areas
of product and process development. Prior to that he
was the Lead Technologist/Chief Architect for EDS Industry’s
Airline Solutions subsidiary. Mr. Nagalla has a highly-developed
and highly-respected expertise in information-based
subject matters for airlines including Enterprise Work
Flow, Maintenance Document Authoring/Tracking, Maintenance
Planning, Configuration Management, Line Maintenance,
Production Control and Non-Routine Management.
As a consultant to EmpowerMX prior to accepting the
Vice President of Technology post, Mr. Nagalla led the
further development of its product architecture and
content management systems while at the same time participating
in several industry efforts to standardize Java related
specifications. He also worked as a Research Engineer
in India Institute of Technology Bombay, India at the
start of his career. |

Stan
I. Melling - Vice
President, Consulting and Business Development -
Stan Melling, a twenty-year aviation industry veteran,
joined EmpowerMX in early 2000, after spending 14 years
at Northwest Airlines. Starting as a line mechanic,
Mr. Melling moved quickly through the ranks at Northwest
Airlines, achieving the position of senior manager of
base operations. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects
of aircraft maintenance operations including the technology
supporting work at hangar floor and line stations.
His outstanding aircraft maintenance industry background
also stems from various positions held at Elliot Beechcraft,
Aerovation and the American Aviation Company. |
