Schofield joins EmpowerMX as Director, Business Analysis
New Hire Brings Added Aviation MRO
and Lean Six Sigma Skills to Technology Team
DULUTH, MN, August 6, 2007

that James Schofield has joined the Technology team as Director,
Business Analysis. In his new role, James will serve as part
of the Technology leadership team, bringing significant aviation
maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) experience and business
process management skill to the EmpowerMX FleetCycleŽ product
development effort.
James has over twenty years of experience
in the aircraft maintenance industry and most recently held
the position of Corporate Director of Training at TIMCO Aviation
Services. During his thirteen years at TIMCO, James held several
positions of increasing responsibility including: Aircraft
Mechanic, Foreman, Operations System Analyst, Product Supervisor,
Project Manager, and Director of Planning/Maintenance. Earlier
in his career, James was a mechanic and maintenance/inspection
technician for Delta Airlines and the U.S. Air Force, respectively.
James holds a B.S. in Aviation Management,
a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Science, and an MBA certificate.
He has been licensed as an A&P Mechanic and is certified in
Six Sigma and Project Management (PMP).
