Representative Experience:
For a major air cargo carrier – Converted maintenance schedule from MSG-2 to MSG-3 for 747-400 fleet. Developed FAA presentation demonstrating validity of approach and documentation of schedule changes. Develop bridge check programs for each tail number.
For a major airline – Converted maintenance schedule from MSG-2 to MSG-3 for MD80 fleet. Represented results to FAA for approval and served as liaison for follow up responses. Developed bridge check programs for each tail number.
For a major air cargo carrier - revised and upgraded the carrier’s reliability program and jointly developed a software application that will be utilized for future management of the program.
For the FAA – In combination with Roger Phaneuf Associates, awarded contract to provide CASS training to FAA inspectors. This training includesdirection for a culture change within the FAA and industry with regard to CASS, as well as training in enhanced reliability programs, maintenance programs as defined in FAA AC
120-16D, MSG-3 overview, conversion of maintenance schedules from MSG-2 (or other philosophies) to MSG-3, human factors, risk assessment and analysis.
For a major airline – Provided a structural engineering supplement that was outsourced to EmpowerMX due to short-term schedule commitments in excess of in-house capacity by the air carrier.
For a major MRO – Trained entire staff of maintenance technicians and inspectors in MSG-3 maintenance task logic to reduce maintenance check cycle time and provide a safer end product.
For a major aerospace company – Assisted in development of a MSG-3 derived maintenance schedule for a new system to be added to the commercial aircraft fleet.
For a major aerospace company – Provided MSG-3 training to its maintenance and engineering staff, air carrier customers, the FAA and DHS personnel and upgraded maintenance manuals for a new system.
