Stan Melling is a twenty-five year plus aviation maintenance industry veteran who has a broad base of knowledge and experience in all aspects of aircraft maintenance. Mr. Melling joined EmpowerMX in 2000 after spending 14 years at Northwest Airlines, most recently as Senior Manager of heavy maintenance base operations in Duluth, MN. Mr. Melling also possesses in-depth knowledge of information technology solutions required to support modern lean maintenance operations. |

Nakata - Vice President,
Consulting Services - Dave Nakata joined EmpowerMX in 2002
after a thirty-five year career in the aviation industry
for TWA and Northwest Airlines during which he advanced
through the maintenance technician and managerial ranks
to become an internationally known expert in maintenance
and reliability programs. As a consultant, Mr.
Nakata has trained thousands of airline, aircraft and
engine manufacturer, military, and regulatory authority
personnel on the philosophy, concepts and techniques
required to develop and manage effective aircraft maintenance
and reliability programs. |

Ric
Anderson - Senior
Director, Consulting - Ric Anderson is an aviation maintenance
industry expert with extensive work experience in aircraft operations & maintenance programs. Mr. Anderson was
director, maintenance and materiel for the Airline Transportation
Association (ATA) of America for the past 7 years. While
with ATA, Ric served as the liaison between ATA's member
air carriers and the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA). He also facilitated ATA's maintenance, engineering,
training, materiel, non-destructive testing, and human
factors work groups, and
coordinated numerous ATA specifications and publications;
such as MSG-3. Prior to joining ATA, Ric held maintenance management positions, primarily in reliability
analysis and engineering, at FedEx during a 20-year
period of rapid growth and dramatic changes in the airline's
fleet. He started his career as a maintenance professional
for Continental Airlines. |
